Monday's Revival 10-9-17

Alright, so today was a pretty fun weekend.

Friday- Spook houses. I left with Alyssa around 6 in the afternoon and didn't get home until midnight

We went to the Myers Inn in Carthage first. It was kinda lame compared to the rest. The worst part was they scared me in the waiting room, which made it to where they all came after me, and the first thing they wanted to do was split me up from the group, to which I said 'hell no.'

Then we went to Fear Factory in Webb City. It was a two in one type so it was quite a bit better. Both of them had chainsaws, which is my absolute worst fear. My dad thinks it's ridiculous since I've been around chainsaws a lot but being around them is why I'm scared. Like I know chainsaws in real life, and I know how easily they can cut through a tree so I know that could do to my arm. And yes, I know that the chainsaws in haunted houses don't have the chains on them. But even so, chainsaws can still cut you without a chain!!! Like you know what the little tools are that cut through your casts when you get it off? Basically just a fancy mini chainsaw without a chain. So if you say chainsaws aren't scary then you can go shove it because I don't care. Because they are.
Also doing the second one I was stuck in the back through the whole thing.

So at the end, the guy started up the chainsaw, and Alyssa just stops. Doesn't move at all. I'm in the back and I'm running. So that obviously doesn't end well and I end up making friends with the ground.

Now off to the Twisted forest. This was the only house where the actors could touch you. All the others followed strip club rules "We don't touch you, you don't touch us or else you'll be escorted out." Twisted Forest could actually touch you. However, I knew almost everyone there anyway so they probably would've been touching anyway. For some reason though, everyone just wanted to touch my hair, but I love having my hair touched. Now there was also a few people I knew that were actors too. And one was this kid named Corey. Now for some reason, he thought he needed to follow out of his area to try and creep us out but he's like the least intimidating person ever sooo. But the Twisted Forest took us the longest out of all the houses so I can't complain. (The actors had to keep distracting us and holding us up because we kept catching up with the next group.)
So anyway I didn't get home until midnight and actually to sleep until like 1.

So the photos aren't the best, but trust me, it's a lot worse.

Saturday: Jax got sick so that took up all my day.

How I woke up Saturday

Sunday: Jax was still sick. Come 7 I put him to bed and start to do a few things to get ready for bed myself. When it gets to 10 he's back awake and wants to play. Long story short, I didn't get to bed until 1.

So I didn't get a lot of sleep this weekend. But all in all, it was a pretty good weekend.
